What you send us

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, company if provided, email address, country or region, product or application interests, and the requirements you choose to share. Please do not include payment details, identification documents or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your request, discuss products and configurations, evaluate distribution opportunities, and follow up on the project you have contacted us about. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Where it is handled

Inquiry records are stored on our Alibaba Cloud-hosted service in China and are accessible to authorized BOLDLION personnel. If you contact us from another country, your information will be sent to China for handling. Hosting and communication service providers may process information needed to operate these services.

Operational information

The inquiry service records the page from which you submitted the form, the referring website when available, a masked network address, submission time and an inquiry reference. These records help us route requests, prevent abuse and investigate delivery problems. Our web server also maintains technical access and error logs for security and reliability.

With your permission, our first-party analytics records visited pages, active time, device category and actions such as product-link clicks or confirmed inquiries. It does not record your form answers. We store your preference in this browser and use a temporary session identifier to group visits. Choose Decline to browse without these measurements, or use Privacy choices in the footer to change your choice. We respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting. Declining analytics does not prevent you from sending an inquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage the resulting business relationship, or to meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Operational access records are normally retained for 90 days and administration audit records for 180 days. Rotating backups are retained for seven days.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information, or to withdraw your consent to further inquiry follow-up. Include your inquiry reference if you have it. We may need to verify that the request is yours, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Rights available to you depend on applicable law.

We will update this page when our information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
