BL-SHO-US01 · CONFIGURATION
US dimensions and weights are approximate conversions; temperatures are shown in Fahrenheit. Original dimensions are specified in metric units.
Steam-source temperature and chamber temperature describe different parts of the system; neither is the food core temperature. Overall dimensions include the handle and exclude the power cable. Interior dimensions are measured at the center section of the CAD model, from the closed-door inner glass to the rear fan cover; clearances vary elsewhere inside the chamber and at the door opening.
Allow room for the door, water tank and waste-liquid container. Follow the installation instructions for clearances and ventilation, and choose the electrical configuration for your market.
Ask a product question ↗EVERYDAY CARE
The chamber has no exposed heating tubes at the top or bottom, leaving food residue easier to reach. Once the oven has cooled, wipe the interior and clean it according to the product instructions.
CONDENSATE COLLECTION
Cooking fumes are condensed and waste liquid is collected separately. Remove and clean the collection container after cooking. Keep this waste liquid separate from the fresh water used for cooking; never refill the tank with it.
