Separate steam systems and controls let you arrange different cooking processes across three chambers. Match each batch to its recipe and service time.
Steam fish, chicken and dumplings with the texture and tenderness each dish needs. Three chambers give professional kitchens room to plan a wider steaming menu.
Transparent doors keep the food visible. Your team can check the layout and cooking progress without opening each chamber just to look.
Three control panels at the top correspond to the three chambers. Set and check each cooking zone separately, with its own steam system and controls.
Water is evaporated and heated again to produce high-temperature steam. Tap-water operation makes everyday water supply and maintenance easier to plan.
Four trays above, three in the middle and three below provide ten positions in the current configuration. Use the separate doors to load and serve the batch you need.
