Dual-Chamber Steam & Roast Oven
BUILT AROUND YOUR KITCHEN’S RHYTHM
Set the temperature and cooking mode separately for the upper and lower chambers.
High-temperature steam and a roasting system give your menu both tender steamed textures and roasted colour and aroma. Arrange steamed fish and roast chicken in separate chambers for the same service.
Use twenty tray positions to organize dishes and batches. Keep the upper and lower chambers working to their own cooking schedules.
Separate screens put each chamber’s temperature and mode within easy reach. Adjust one without changing the settings for the other.
Glass observation windows let you see the dishes without opening the doors just to look.
The stainless-steel interior and removable mesh trays provide access for routine cleaning. Remove the trays as directed and leave room to reach the layered interior during daily care.
FROM PREP TO CLEAN-DOWN
Build and save a program with up to three cooking stages. Set time, temperature and steam for each stage, so the next batch starts with the same sequence—not another round of manual adjustments.
Choose a quick or heavy cleaning cycle. With the specified cleaning agent and the chamber prepared, the oven runs its rinse and drying sequence. Finish by wiping away residual moisture once it has cooled.
A usage-based reminder helps you plan descaling. Follow the on-screen steps to add the specified descaler, then let the automatic program run. Normal shutdown also drains retained water.
